The NIPF committee hereby provide notice to the membership of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which shall take place on Saturday 28th November from 10am-1pm at Conlig Community Centre, 38 Main Street, Conlig, BT23 7PT.
As per the NIPF Constitution, the following applies:
- All nominations for Committee positions or Motions for consideration by the membership must be received by 31st October 2026. Nominations and motions must be sent to nipfinfo@gmail.com for consideration.
- The full agenda, including outgoing Committee member reports and finance/budgetary information will be published no later than Saturday 7th November.
- There will be an online meeting on Saturday 14th November from 10am to offer a preliminary discussion period for all members. This is with a view to allow members to discuss and reflect on the motions and nominations put forward ahead of the AGM itself and to ensure that the AGM does not exceed the allotted schedule. Whilst there will be discussion of motions/nominations on the day of the AGM, within the allowed schedule, the online meeting will provide more time for fuller discussion. Any member who wishes to join the preliminary online discussion should submit their details to nipfinfo@gmail.com and they will be issued with joining instructions.
- Only NIPF members with a valid and current membership will be able to vote.
