Christmas Clash
On the weekend of the 12th-13th December, Bear Strong Performance Centre in Larne will play host to the newly renamed Christmas Clash.
This is a change to the regular Christmas Classic competition – you said you wanted more opportunities and we listened! You want to lift raw? You want to lift equipped? You want to do bench only? You got it! Need to set a last minute qualifying total and don’t want to just be a guest lifter? You’re in!
Some other things to note:
- Earlybird entry will go live on 15th October – if you volunteered in any capacity at the 2026 events you are eligible for earlybird.
- General entry will go live on 17th October.
- All kit worn on the platform must be on the IPF approved list.
- Entries will close once we reach capacity or 2 weeks before the meet, whichever happens first. Weight class changes also close 2 weeks out from the meet.
- The meet will be capped at 112 lifters.
- You must be an NIPF member to lift at this event, so please make sure you’ve signed up for membership or you will not be allowed to lift.
- Full flight details will be released by 28th November at the latest.
- All records can be chipped and broken.
- All sub juniors require an accompanying adult for weigh in.
- Coaches must sign up for a coaching pass before the deadline or they will be refused entry to the warm up room and platform holding area.
